I write fantasy, horror and science fiction, plus some poetry. One of my short stories was an honorable mention in “The Year’s Best Fantasy and Horror 2008,” edited by Ellen Datlow, Kelly Link and Gavin J. Grant.
I’ve published more than 20 short stories in the last couple of years, and I have more on the way. I’ve written a novel, and I’m working on another with a couple more on the back burner.
I’ve also been writing poetry of late; I’ve had a few published and there are a few more waiting in the wings.
Other things you might see me write about here include: beer, Godzilla, politics, James Bond, comic books, movies, music, zen, science, pop culture and just plain weird stuff. Most of the time, I’ll try to relate these topics to the writer’s craft — but every once in while I’m just going to go off on a rant.
