A Buddha’s Walk published at EDP …

Another of my poems went live online today at Every Day Poets. You can read “A Buddha’s Walk” right here, if you are so inclined.

If reading zen poetry makes your ears bleed, you probably should skip it. If, on the other hand, you ignore that warning, read the poem and decide you are interested, then you might want to return to Every Day Poets on May 20, when they will publish an interview with yours truly.

  1. My encounters with Buddha(s) are the statues and portraits and in every single one Buddha is sitting. The title of this one put a smile on my face before I clicked over to EDP.
I think I need to take a stroll and contemplate finding my center, right here where I am. And my ears didn’t bleed.

That is a long-way-around to say I liked this one a lot.

  2. I appreciate that, Deven.
